Simonida Djordjevic is een gepassioneerde Servische schilder die haar werk heeft tentoongesteld in Duitsland, Litouwen, Servië en Montenegro. Geïnteresseerd in ideeën over identiteit en de zoektocht naar de zin van het leven, componeert ze werken die voornamelijk gericht zijn op het motief van de natuur, met name de verkenning van de zoektocht naar Eden. In plaats van de natuur in een realistische stijl weer te geven, presenteert ze haar als een idee, een gedachte; een meditatie.
