Stephen Remick is een ervaren Amerikaanse schilder wiens werk te zien is geweest in vele solo- en groepstentoonstellingen in het hele land en in Amerikaanse publicaties. Remick groeide op in Vermont en woont nu in Massachusetts. Hij wordt geïnspireerd door het landschap om hem heen en schildert voornamelijk natuurtaferelen en achtertuinen bedekt met sneeuw. Zijn werk legt een delicate schoonheid van zonlicht en schaduwen vast in de diepe bossen van New England.
