Viktar Barabantsau is een bekroonde Wit-Russische kunstenaar wiens werk op grote schaal nationaal is geëxposeerd, maar ook in de Verenigde Staten, Litouwen, Rusland en België. In 2012 ontving hij de Medaille van het Ministerie van Cultuur voor zijn bijdrage aan de culturele ontwikkeling van Wit-Rusland. Barabantsau's hedendaagse composities tonen landschappen, portretten, stillevens, historische, religieuze, verhaalgebaseerde en thematische schilderkunst. De ervaren kunstenaar maakt gebruik van olieverf op doek.
