Yury Khilko, geboren in Wit-Rusland, is een prijswinnende kunstenaar wiens schilderijen te zien zijn in verschillende internationale musea. Als hoofd van de afdeling Grafische Kunsten van de Wit-Russische Staatsacademie voor Kunsten probeert Khilko de tradities van grafische kunst en schilderkunst te verzoenen met zijn eigen werk. De vloeibaarheid van de kunstenaar en zijn perceptie van licht en lucht zijn duidelijk zichtbaar in zijn abstracte meerlagige schilderijen. Verwacht de verkenning van symbolen, mythen en tekens in zijn werken te zien.
