Viktar Barabantsau ist ein preisgekrönter belarussischer Künstler, dessen Werke sowohl auf nationaler Ebene als auch in den USA, Litauen, Russland und Belgien ausgiebig ausgestellt wurden. 2012 wurde er für seinen Beitrag zur kulturellen Entwicklung Weißrusslands mit der Medaille des Kulturministeriums ausgezeichnet. Barabantsaus zeitgenössische Kompositionen zeigen Landschaften, Porträts, Stillleben, historische, religiöse, geschichtenbasierte und thematische Malerei. Der versierte Künstler kreiert mit Öl auf Leinwand.
