A massive tribute to 90s cult cinema and raw biker subculture. The work captures Mickey Rourke in his unpolished duality of Hollywood rebel, boxer, and street philosopher—indissolubly linked to the myth of a heavy Harley-Davidson. Pastose oil application, sharp chiaroscuro contrasts, and an integrated patch of genuine denim provide tactile physical presence and grit.

"In the 80s and 90s, Mickey was involved in famous and eccentric cult movies. Then nothing was heard of him for a long time. In between, professional boxing fights where he actually won most of his bouts, yet was physically battered and marked by the ring. A fallen hero. Then he resurfaced. Altered, face-lifted, tragic, drunk. The Wrestler. He likes himself in this image. And yet he remains trapped in it. Like all of us. Fallen angels."
