Über das Werk
Don‘t ask, just trust! If you are a person with a brave vision and a strong feeling for your doings you have to say this sentence again and again in your life. Maybe because you want to go on with making the vision comes true, instead of spending time in a long and complex explanation. Or you just feel the power and truth of your vision but can‘t explain it in a reasonable way.
For Jan Kuck it is a very personal statement, cause as nearly every conceptual… artist he was often con- fronted with these questions and assertions: Why your‘re going this way? How you know that you‘re right? Don‘t you think you have to do it differently? I can‘t follow you, you must be wrong!
Therefore DON‘T ASK JUST TRUST is a kind of verbally self-portrait of Jan Kuck which leads him through the jungle of doubts of the others.
The Edition of 3 is sold out. Only the AP is still available.
