Chris Horner è un pittore e scultore con sede nel Regno Unito le cui opere sono state ampiamente esposte in Inghilterra. Come artista, la sua principale preoccupazione è come i materiali da costruzione usati vengono trasformati in opere d'arte che hanno un valore e un apprezzamento accresciuti.
Quando ha del tempo libero lontano dal suo studio, si ritrova ad affiancare il padre nell'edilizia, quindi molti dei materiali con cui lavora provengono dal cantiere. Ogni opera è strutturata attorno a metodi acuti e attenti che sono stati adottati dal cantiere. Ogni metodo è mescolato a processi artistici che sono fluidi e piuttosto caotici, ma allo stesso tempo attentamente pianificati. Chris è stato eletto dal London Group Membership Committee per diventare membro nel 2020 e le sue opere sono state raccolte in varie collezioni private.
