Olga Akimtseva è un'artista botanica originaria di Mosca, ora residente in Serbia. Dopo una brillante carriera di 25 anni nel settore finanziario, nel 2021 si è dedicata completamente alla pittura botanica. Laureata con lode presso la Society of Botanical Artists (Regno Unito), è membro della SBA (Regno Unito), dell'ASBA (Stati Uniti) e della SABA (Russia). Olga lavora con l'acquerello multistrato, concentrandosi sui fiori e sulla loro trasformazione naturale. Il suo obiettivo è catturare la bellezza fugace delle piante con precisione scientifica e profondità emotiva. Le sue opere sono state esposte a livello internazionale, tra cui Regno Unito, Thailandia, Taiwan, Serbia e Russia. Nel 2024 ha ricevuto il premio "Exhibiting Excellence in Watercolor" alla mostra SBA Plantae. Le sue opere saranno esposte anche alla SBA Plantae 2025 presso le Mall Galleries di Londra.
