A luminous hush settles over a lily-covered pond. Puliafico sculpts light with the palette knife, layering malachite, viridian and cobalt into vertical veils that read as trees and their mirrored reflections. Knife-laid pads flicker like silver scales; a shaft of honeyed light opens the surface and draws… the eye inward, from foliage to water to pure abstraction. The tactile impasto catches ambient light, making the image gently shimmer—ideal for biophilic, design-forward interiors, boutique hotels or corporate collections. Echoes of Monet’s Giverny meet contemporary gestural painting, yet the voice is unmistakably Puliafico: Mediterranean in chroma, modern in rhythm, deeply immersive.
