Gina Parr est une artiste peintre britannique basée dans l’Est londonien. Après avoir obtenu un diplôme de beaux-arts avec mention en quatre ans, elle a étudié la création de décors au Chelsea College of Arts, où elle a enseigné par la suite. Elle a été chef décoratrice pendant 25 ans, en travaillant notamment pour de grandes chaînes télévisées britanniques comme la BBC.
