« Pour moi, il est important que mes images reflètent la trace d’une réalité visuelle qui ne soit pas nostalgique que dans ma seule mémoire. »
Pavel Wolberg est un artiste photographe primé et un ancien photojournaliste. Son travail brouille les frontières de la photographie, évoquant le drame organique inhérent au photojournalisme, mais en s'éloignant des traditions de la photographie d'information, pour user plutôt d’une approche artistique vis-à-vis de ses sujets.
