L'artiste allemand Peter Wagler, né en 1964, est artiste indépendant à Halsbrücke, près de Dresde, et au Moabit, à Berlin, en Allemagne. Il a suivi des cours de peinture et de lithographie, ainsi que la peinture et les études graphiques (diplôme de 1992) de HfBK Dresden.
