« J'essaie d'exprimer ma fascination pour la forme artistique, le triomphe du phénomène, la beauté des textiles et l'attrait pour la variabilité sans fin des formes du corps humain et la signification psychologique de leurs gestes et de leur langage corporel. »
Roman Rembovsky est un peintre slovaque dont les œuvres font partie de collections privées dans le monde entier. Rembovsky situe ses œuvres dans un dialogue entre le passé et le présent. Ses peintures s'inspirent de thèmes et de techniques classiques, ainsi que de méthodes et de sujets contemporains. Fusionnant ou s'effondrant hier et aujourd'hui, ses œuvres se caractérisent par l'oscillation des significations, l'exposition d'un être humain, la narration d'histoires en peignant des situations et des moments différents.
