Viktar Barabantsau est un artiste biélorusse primé dont les œuvres ont été largement exposées à l'échelle nationale, ainsi qu'aux États-Unis, en Lituanie, en Russie et en Belgique. En 2012, il a reçu la médaille du ministère de la Culture pour sa contribution au développement culturel du Bélarus. Les compositions contemporaines de Barabantsau représentent des paysages, des portraits, des natures mortes, des peintures historiques, religieuses, narratives et thématiques. L'artiste accompli crée à l'aide d'huiles sur toile.
