Ana Asavei Pietraru is een gepassioneerde Roemeense kunstenaar wiens werken in nationale tentoonstellingen en publicaties te zien zijn geweest. Grotendeels geïnspireerd door de beelden die haar in het dagelijks leven omringen, maakt ze mentale snapshots van verschillende waarnemingen en zet ze over op haar doeken. Voor Ana zorgt zelfs zoiets alledaags als een interessante stoel voor creatieve inspiratie, en ze onderneemt een gebarenbenadering om dergelijke onderwerpen tot leven te brengen met levendigheid en textuur.
