Andrew Osta is een schilder en graficus die momenteel in Mexico woont. Andrew Osta komt oorspronkelijk uit Kiev (Oekraïne) en heeft in Toronto (Canada), Cheonan (Zuid-Korea), Iquitos (Peru) en verschillende delen van Mexico gewoond. Sinds 2005 is Osta's werk te zien in internationale solo- en groepstentoonstellingen, waaronder museumtentoonstellingen in Italië en Mexico, en solo-shows in de Verenigde Staten, Canada, Mexico, Peru, Frankrijk, Italië, Zwitserland en Zuid-Korea. Tegenwoordig worden honderden van zijn werken wereldwijd in privé- en openbare collecties bewaard.
