Cynthia Gregorová is een Slowaakse kunstenaar wiens werken zowel nationaal als in Portugal en Servië zijn tentoongesteld. Haar schilderijen onderzoeken thema's die verband houden met sociale banden en de relatie tussen het individu en zijn omgeving. De artistieke taal van Gregorová is expressief, lyrisch en wordt sterk geassocieerd met overleven. De mens is essentieel voor haar, met hun "angsten, kwalen en aanverwante ontmoetingen".
