Emi is een opwindende schilder uit Australië die haar werk internationaal heeft tentoongesteld. Haar kunst is een samensmelting van een abstract, etherisch patina geïnspireerd op de Japanse esthetiek en de brutale volkstaal van het Australische landschap. Emi gebruikt een litanie van mediums, waaronder bladzilver en sumi-inkt, om schilderijen samen te stellen die een gevoel van optimisme uitstralen.
