Kerry A. Inkster is een in Australië woonachtige schilder en fotograaf wiens werken nationaal te zien waren in solo- en groepstentoonstellingen. Door het gebruik van harmonieuze kleuren en de "esthetiek van het toeval", versmelt ze expressionistische achtergronden met popart-voorgronden.
Inkster verkent thema's met betrekking tot mooie en sterke vrouwen die conventies trotseren. Haar kenmerkende figuratieve stukken verbeelden vaak vrouwen die in een cocon in het water zitten, maar er ook uit tevoorschijn komen.
