Lacey Kim is een opkomende Zuid-Koreaanse kunstenaar gevestigd in de Verenigde Staten wiens schilderijen zijn vertoond in solo- en groepsshows internationaal. Kim beoefende kunst sinds ze een kind was, Kim definieerde haar stijl in een lijngebaseerde taal die gelaagdheid en kleurencombinaties onderzoekt in olieverf op canvas. Intuïtief werkend, worden haar abstracte schilderijen gekenmerkt door felle kleuren en gebaren vol beweging en kinetisch ritme.
