Maja Gajewska is een Poolse kunstenares die haar schilderijen heeft tentoongesteld in Zwitserland, Frankrijk en Polen. Haar composities verwerpen figurativiteit voor interne structuur en worden gekenmerkt door haar minimalistische benadering. Gajewska zoekt continu naar nieuwe vormen, lijnen en verbindingen tussen kleuren. Ze creëert in verschillende media, waaronder ruimtelijke installaties, illustraties en grafische afbeeldingen, en schildert met olieverf op doek.
