Ik ben geboren in het uiterste noorden van Denemarken, Skagen, ook wel 'Land van het Licht' genoemd. Ik schilder onafgebroken sinds 2009, hoewel mijn creatieve pad al veel eerder begon. Eerder werkte ik als freelance illustrator voor klanten in Denemarken en in het buitenland. Een verblijf van zeven weken in Osho's ashram, Poona, in 1999 werd een keerpunt en opende een diepe innerlijke bron en een sterke impuls tot creatieve expressie. Deze stroming is nog steeds bepalend voor mijn werk.

Ik schilder niet om uit te leggen, ik schilder om te luisteren. Mijn proces is intuïtief en vertrouw op wat er op het doek wil verschijnen. Elk schilderij is een persoonlijke les in creativiteit, groei en spirituele helderheid. Beschouwers beschrijven mijn werk vaak als rustig resonerend of als iets dat een diepe innerlijke herkenning oproept.
Ik zie elk werk als een spiegel en een gids, die uitnodigt tot verbinding met wat al in ons leeft.
