Victoria Quijano is geboren in Columbia en woont nu in de Verenigde Staten. Haar schilderijen en sculpturen zijn tentoongesteld in haar geboorteland en geadopteerd land, maar ook in Europa. De symbiotische relatie tussen vorm en kleur is een integraal onderdeel van haar zoektocht naar abstracte ruimtelijke progressie. Quijano is voorstander van geometrische composities die structurele en architectonische elementen combineren in haar kunstwerken.
