Ik ben een autodidactische aquarellist uit Vilnius, Litouwen. Voordat ik me op de schilderkunst richtte, ontwierp ik meer dan 30 jaar lang meubels op maat, geïnspireerd door de Art Nouveau. De organische lijnen en natuurlijke vormen van deze stijl blijven mijn artistieke visie vormgeven. Tegenwoordig concentreer ik me volledig op aquarel, waarbij ik af en toe houten lijsten maak voor mijn eigen werken om de dialoog tussen schilderij en materiaal te verdiepen.
Ik begon met schilderen in 2016, toen aquarel onverwacht mijn belangrijkste expressiemiddel werd. De gevoeligheid en onvoorspelbaarheid ervan stellen me in staat om licht, emotie en stille introspectie te verkennen. Mijn werk heeft internationale erkenning gekregen in realisme-wedstrijden zoals de ARC Salon, de Almenara Art Prize en ModPortrait, en is tentoongesteld in het MEAM Museum in Barcelona en in galerieën in Europa, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, de VS en Australië. Met mijn kunst probeer ik momenten van rust, reflectie en verbondenheid te creëren.
