Angelo Mazzoleni is a renowned Italian artist and co-founder of the New Syncretic Art movement. Active for over fifty years in painting, sculpture, and photography, he develops a research that unites visual languages from different eras and cultures in a contemporary synthesis.
His works, characterized by a strong materiality and a symbolic construction of space, explore themes related to origin, identity, and collective memory. Archetypal architectures, suspended figures, and labyrinthine structures become tools for investigating the relationship between time, matter, and consciousness.
In recent years he has extended his research to the digital realm, creating compositions that maintain the conceptual and visual depth of his syncretic language.
The artist has exhibited in numerous galleries in Italy and abroad in large museums and institutional spaces including: the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the National Archaeological Museum, the Palazzo Ducale in Urbino, the Archaeological Museum of Milan, etc...
