Anne-Marie Molénat-Ponté is an experienced French painter who has exhibited her work nationally. She creates figurative and symbolic acrylic works exploring interiors and exteriors: interior spaces illustrating moments when time seems to stand still, and exterior landscapes showcasing lush natural environments. Color is central to each of her pieces, providing the work with its fundamental essence and primary power of communication. Anne-Marie paints landscapes she remembers and carries with her, along with the memories of the feelings they evoked. She paints the mark these landscapes leave on her.
