Carolino Rego

Carolino Rego trained at the fine arts schools of Mâcon and Milan, and works in painting and drawing, exhibiting in France, Italy, and Berlin. He uses spolvero and needle stencils, creating works that appear abstract from a distance and figurative up close. In each composition, he expresses the search for identity and a sense of displacement, inviting the viewer to an emotional and introspective co-creation.
