Celia Fovez

As a painter and illustrator, she develops an instinctive figurative universe blending painting, drawing and collage.

Her work is built around stylized female figures, with a strong line and bright colors, enriched by the integration of fragments of materials and recurring motifs such as fish, flowers or marine elements.

Drawing plays a vital role in her practice, serving as a space for freedom and experimentation, directly informing her paintings. Without a prior conceptual approach, she creates guided by the pleasure of gesture, assemblage, and composition, allowing form and color to take precedence over discourse.

His work has been featured in several solo and group exhibitions, notably at the Carrousel du Louvre.
