Chloé Wetzel de Pirey

Chloé Wetzel de Pirey grew up around painters and musicians, in a world where musical and literary culture were very developed. Her studio, secluded in the countryside, invites calm and serenity; in fact, she creates her own style, PLAster Strip Metal.

A method which consists of cutting strips of plaster, painting them in Prussian blue and adding white dots like film strips. She then enhances her work by adding a touch of light with cut-out metal grid which enhances the colors and the people in the painting while giving relief!
