Irene Nelson is an artist based in the United States whose paintings have been featured in several solo exhibitions nationally. She describes her abstractions as spontaneous instinctual compositions, created using a predetermined color palette. Devoid of meaningful narratives, Nelson's pieces are an expression of the "fear and exhilaration of the unknown", inviting the viewer to discover its essence through their own relationships to color and form.
