Marilyn Henrion, born in 1932 in Brooklyn, New York, is best known as a textile and mixed media artist. Having been a New York resident her whole life, Henrion’s work is firmly rooted in the urban geometry of the city. However, she also draws inspiration from music, poetry and the natural world.
