Marzena Gawrysiak

Marzena Gawrysiak is a sculptor, painter, drawer, and textile artist trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, with a specialization in ceramics. She blends expressive, interdisciplinary techniques—ranging from figurative and abstract forms in painting to cubist and minimalist sculptures—using assemblages and found materials. Her imagery explores Slavic mythology, femininity, powerful animals, and the human form, infusing each artwork with beauty, lyricism, wildness, and deep, passionate emotion, aiming to enchant and resonate with the viewer’s soul.
