Mitchell Villa is an award-winning Canadian painter who has exhibited nationally as well as in the United States. His works examine human dynamics, violence, energy, movement, and the figure. Villa’s creative process begins with compositions created in photoshop, using his own photographs and found images, which he later employs as reference material. He paints on large canvases with oils and acrylics.
