Nathalie Gribinski is a French-American artist based in Chicago. For over thirty years, she has been developing a vibrant pictorial universe where color, movement, and imagination occupy a central place.
Her work unfolds through several visual languages, including Tourlicoulis, a vocabulary of shapes, symbols, and characters derived from a word invented by her brother. Through her paintings, she creates unexpected connections between forms, colors, and emotions.
Known for her colorful contrasts, dynamic compositions, and deeply personal approach, Nathalie Gribinski explores themes of communication, harmony, humor, and human depth. Her work is featured in private collections in the United States and Europe, notably that of Christine Ruiz Picasso.
