« The simplest things are sometimes the hardest. »
Niels Egidius is an artist based in the Netherlands who has exhibited his paintings nationally, as well as in Italy and Belgium. In his artistic practice, he searches for beauty in both small and great things. He feels that in everyday life we are not always able to connect with such things since we are moving so fast. That's why he likes to paint, to slow down and be aware of the beauty of nature and everyday life. In his work he tries to capture visual poetry.
