About this artwork
In the same "pink" series. This series tells us about the spontaneity of life. Of transience, in a somewhat frivolous game that laughs at seriousness. The work is an energetic and unapologetic statement. A medicine against disenchantment, with a casual expressionist style.
« My commitment to art is the sublimation of the insides and scars, the objectification of what we cannot explain in words, and the praise of uncertainty. »
Ángel Celada is an experimented artist based in Spain whose paintings have been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions nationally. The central theory in his art explores life experiences and the way we evolve and overcome trauma or adverse circumstances. Celada's abstract and multilayered compositions garner inspiration from pop art, expressionism, art brut, and conceptual art. He creates using acrylics and collage on wood or paper.
