A series of three drawings made in blue pen based on the phrase "up there on the mountain" repeated endlessly. The three peaks are emblematic of Switzerland; namely the Matterhorn, the Eiger, and the Mönch.
DEYRMON is a multi-skilled artist who masters the techniques of watercolor, oil, acrylic, engraving, photography and illustration. Member of the Swiss Society of Fine Arts SSBA. Constantly playing between the abstract and the figurative, he skillfully mixes foggy atmospheres with figurative detail in order to create works cradled by mystery and dreams. The lush nature and its wild fauna inspire his meticulous and organic work with its shapes, colors and structures. His search for dazzlingness is similar to the calligrapher monk's quest to suggest a bird's flight through the trace of a brushstroke.
