About this artwork
In this work, I expressed the intensity of emotions through layers of vibrant colors and dynamic textures. The contrast between the central red and the cool tones evokes tension and balance, inviting the viewer to explore their own inner sensations. I wanted to convey a pulsating energy that transforms any space, filling it with life and constant movement.

VAZ (Adolfo Vázquez Burgos) is a contemporary Spanish visual artist whose work encompasses gestural abstraction, abstract expressionism, and action painting. His artistic practice explores the relationship between energy, color, and movement, transforming physical action and emotion into intensely visual experiences.
Through intuitive processes and spontaneous gestures, she creates dynamic compositions where color, texture, and rhythm take center stage. Her work revolves around three essential concepts: energy, as the imprint of action; color, as a universal emotional language; and chaos, understood as the origin of new forms and meanings.
From his studio in Toledo, he develops his own artistic language that seeks to convey strength, freedom and authenticity, inviting the viewer to a direct connection with the work through emotion and visual experience.
