About this artwork
In this work I sought to capture intensity and passion through the bold use of red, accented with touches of black and gray to create contrast and depth. The oil paint's rich texture and dynamic movements invite deep contemplation, reflecting raw emotions and fiery energy. It is a semi-abstract celebration of the power of human emotion, intended to awaken passion and inspiration in those who receive it.
« If art is not an integral part of everyone's life, then what do we have left? Art is not ephemeral, it is the only witness to life. »
French artist Agnès Senga believes that everything is connected to landscapes: the body, gestures, colors, events, and everything around us. She strives to combine all these elements in a panoramic view to bring them to life. Senga uses traditional oil painting techniques. Whether it's an academic canvas, a three-dimensional work, or pastels on paper, she uses glazes in all her compositions.
