This painting was born from a quiet autumn moment by the water, when nothing dramatic happens — yet everything feels alive. I was observing how a single disturbance in the surface creates expanding circles that slowly dissolve into reflection and light.
What interests me is not only the landscape itself, but the subtle transition between stillness and movement. The water becomes a mirror, yet it is never… completely still. The trees remain vertical and grounded, while the reflections soften and shift. This tension creates emotional rhythm.
In my work, light is not only illumination — it shapes space and atmosphere. Here, the golden tones of autumn meet cooler depths, creating a balance between warmth and calmness.
