About this artwork
In this painting, I did not simply want to show women gathering fruit; I tried to express the beauty of labor, the kindness of motherhood, and the abundance of the earth.
Every brushstroke was made with emotion, so that the viewer could feel not only the brightness of the colors but also the light and breath of life in that day.
