I am an Albanian visual artist working across painting, photography, and mixed media, building on academic training and more than three decades of creative exploration. My practice combines oil painting with layered textures and a dialogue between abstraction and figuration. Through surreal yet familiar compositions, I create visual spaces where memory, imagination, and lived experience intersect. My work explores the relationship between heritage and change, inviting viewers to reflect on connection, meaning, and belonging.
Throughout my career, I have exhibited in Albania, Italy, Austria, Greece, Poland, and the United States, and participated in international projects, including the Albanian Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale. An artist residency in Vienna further expanded my artistic perspective and engagement with contemporary visual culture.
