She directs her gaze towards celestial luminaries. There is no hesitation in her heart; it is the heights that interest her.
Or to put it in two inexorable words, the heaven of angels.
Don't be sarcastic, you unbelievers, the impious and the mockers of all stripes: she doesn't want to access the equivalent of those naive white ceilings of the sub-prefecture churches where insipid winged heads from the Sulpician legends move,… no... You would be very stupid to believe it, you pleasure-seeking donkeys that you are!
These cardboard clouds are not for his iron soul.
She does not aspire to those lukewarmnesses, platitudes and softnesses made to please the mediocre, but to the inhuman summits, to the redemptive flames and their shattering bursts!

Aldéhy is an award-winning painter and draftsman based in France whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Port Villa, the United States, Belgium, Italy, Hungary, and England. His thematic and narrative compositions tell stories like comic strips, narrating a beginning and an end. Aldéhy's diverse compositions are created using acrylics, oils, pastels, charcoal, and India ink on paper, canvas, wood, or synthetic board.
