n this work, winter reveals itself not as a season of cold, but as a realm of silence and noble serenity. Snow-covered peaks, veiled in a soft haze of light, rise above the world like ancient guardians of eternity, while the sky, woven from deep pearl-grey clouds, gently shelters the earth with its velvety breath.
The monochromatic palette removes all that is incidental, leaving only the essence of the landscape — light,… space, and inner harmony. There are no vivid colours here, yet there is a wealth of subtle tones from which a unique music of the winter day emerges. Every mountain, every shadow, and every glimmer of snow resonates like a quiet note in nature’s majestic symphony.
Here, winter becomes more than a season — it becomes a state of the soul: pure, contemplative, and infinitely beautiful.
« I think that painting can be considered a success when, after finishing work on it, you look at the painting and do not believe that it was you who created it! »
