About this artwork
Unique original aerial ocean painting with white sand beach and frothy splashing waves, inspired by The Australian Great Barrier Reef
Different shades of blue, turquoise, teal, aqua, and beige
This painting does not need to be framed, the painted image is extended around all four sides, it is wired, signed, ready to hang and comes with Certificate of Authenticity.
*All my pieces are painted in layers and that gives them a tridimensional aspect with… intricate details that add richness and depth to the final image. These painting techniques make the paintings unique and impossible to recreate, reproduce thus ever more so special. Every painting obtained through these fluid painting techniques happens only once in an infinity of attempts.
NOTE:
• Please understand while I make every effort to ensure that the pictures show as close as the actual piece, some colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting and screen settings variation.

Drawing inspiration from the ocean, Hefco investigates themes of fluidity, depth, and transparency through a materially driven practice. She works with gesso, resin, and pigments on wood, employing both hand-applied techniques and controlled heat processes to produce layered surfaces that evoke movement, light, and spatial complexity.
