About this artwork

In this artwork, I endeavored to capture the dynamic interplay of light on water, using a blend of expressionism, impressionism, and realism. The oil paints on cotton canvas allowed me to layer and texture the reflections and ripples, creating a vivid, almost moving surface. The boats, partially abstract in form, represent both tranquility and the ceaseless flow of life, inviting viewers to reflect on the depths beneath serene surfaces. This piece… will infuse any space with a sense of peace and thoughtful energy.
