André Bielen is an award-winning painter and sculptor from Belgium who has exhibited nationally as well as in China, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Morocco, Spain, Japan, Canada and France. His work is also featured in the Republic of China’s Museum of Modern Art. Light, energy and movement are the basis of his compositions, with Bielen’s lyrically abstract style being translated through oils. He prefers to superimpose colors using transparent tones and multiple layers.
