"Hostage" is part of the "My Shadowlands" series.
The central scene evokes a place with a strange, uncertain, even hostile atmosphere; the decor, the lighting, the character contribute to it.
This scene is executed on a canvas, then sewn, with linen thread, on the main work, to be highlighted. Around a series of small scenes would decline its environment. Underground, dark environment, filtering lights, graffiti on the walls, prostrate characters...waiting,… hope?...
