About this artwork
In this work, passion and energy flow in every acrylic stroke, with intense contrasts that awaken profound emotions. The vibrant yellow radiates strength and hope, while the dark red evokes intensity and mystery. I wanted to capture the duality of life, the inner fire and the outer calm, so that whoever contemplates it feels a surge of life and movement in their own space.
Andrés Gusó is a self-taught painter who works primarily with acrylic on canvas, though he also explores Canson paper and panel. His technique revolves around abstract expressionism and abstract landscape painting, prioritizing color over form and allowing the brush to flow freely. In his works, he conveys a sense of freedom, spontaneity, and harmony, inviting the viewer to be carried away by the pure emotions of color.
